American Service Partners is a holding company that partners with trades and home services businesses. We are not a contractor and do not perform residential or commercial trade services. Services described on this Site are performed by independently operated partner companies, each responsible for its own work, licensing, and customer relationships.

No offer of securities

Past performance of the platform or of any partner company is not indicative of future results. There is no guarantee that any partnership will achieve its objectives, and participants may lose value.

Calculators and projections

The Site publishes interactive tools, including the Job Pricing Calculator and the Go Alone / Stronger Together projection. These are provided for general informational and illustrative purposes only.

• Outputs are generated from the assumptions you enter plus fixed illustrative inputs disclosed on the page. They are not projections, valuations, appraisals, or offers.
• Default assumptions — including multiples, expansion rates, and event timing — are illustrative, may not reflect current market conditions, and will differ from the terms of any actual transaction.
• Calculations run entirely in your browser. We do not receive, store, or review the figures you enter.
• You should not make business, financial, or pricing decisions in reliance on these tools without independent professional advice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site is the state and federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
