Accessibility Statement
What we've built to keep this site usable for everyone, what still falls short, and how to tell us when we've missed.
Effective September 30, 2026
Our commitment
American Service Partners LLC is committed to making this site usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or who need reduced motion. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site, not a retrofit.
Conformance standard
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We describe this site as partially conformant: most of the standard is met, and the exceptions we are aware of are listed below. We do not claim full conformance, because parts of the site have not yet been audited by an independent third party.
What we've done
- Contrast. Body text renders near-black on white (about 19:1), secondary text about 7.6:1, and the purple accent about 7.4:1 — all above the 4.5:1 AA threshold for normal text.
- Reduced motion. Every animation — scroll reveals, the drifting background, the hero pan, and hover effects — is disabled when your system requests reduced motion.
- Motion never hides content. Reveal animations only apply when scripting is active. If JavaScript fails, content renders fully visible rather than staying hidden.
- Keyboard. Interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring, and every page starts with a skip-to-content link.
- Touch targets. Buttons and controls are at least 48 px, most 56 px.
- Structure. Pages use ordered headings, landmark regions, and real list and table
semantics rather than styled
divs. - Charts. The calculators and report previews carry text descriptions of their results, and live regions announce updates as values change.
- Hover-only content. Information revealed on hover — such as leadership biographies — is shown unconditionally on touch devices and on keyboard focus.
- Images. Meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
WCAG 2.2 criteria
Version 2.2 of the guidelines added success criteria that older statements do not cover. How this site handles each of them:
- Target size (2.5.8). Navigation links, the mobile menu, primary buttons and every form control are at least 44 by 44 CSS pixels. Smaller text links in the footer and in running copy are spaced so that no two targets sit within 24 pixels of each other.
- Focus not obscured (2.4.11). The only fixed elements are the cookie notice and the "call" bar. The notice sits below the header so an open menu is never covered, the call bar is hidden while the notice is shown, and neither overlaps a focused control.
- Dragging movements (2.5.7). Nothing on the site requires dragging. The sliders in the Learning Center tools are native range inputs that respond to the arrow keys, Home and End.
- Consistent help (3.2.6). The phone number and the "See If You're Eligible" route appear in the same place — the header and the footer — on every page.
- Redundant entry (3.3.7). Each form is a single step and never asks for the same information twice. The calculators keep your inputs on the page while you read the results.
- Accessible authentication (3.3.8). This site has no login. The Partner Login link opens the separate Platform Data Center application, which is covered by its own accessibility statement.
Known limitations
We would rather name these than imply they don't exist:
- Data visualizations. The projection chart and report previews convey shape and trend visually. Each has a text summary and, where available, an underlying data table, but the graphics themselves are not fully navigable by screen reader.
- Third-party destinations. The Partner Login links to an application we do not control, and its accessibility is not covered by this statement.
- Independent audit. This site has been assessed internally. A third-party audit has not yet been completed.
Report a barrier
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible to use, please tell us — it is the fastest way for us to fix it. Include the page address and what happened.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If we cannot make something accessible quickly, we will offer the information another way.
How we assess
Accessibility is evaluated during development through keyboard-only walkthroughs, automated checks in our build pipeline, contrast verification against WCAG ratios, and testing with reduced-motion and scripting disabled. This statement is reviewed whenever the site changes materially.
