Privacy Policy & Data Use
What we collect when you contact us or browse this site, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.
Effective September 30, 2026
Scope
This policy explains how American Service Partners LLC ("American Service Partners", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through americanservicepartners.com (the "Site").
It does not cover our partner companies. Each partner operates independently and handles customer information under its own privacy policy. It also does not cover the Platform Data Center application, which is a separate gated product with its own terms.
What we collect
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Name, business name, email, phone | You, when you contact us |
| Business information | Revenue range, trade, headcount, location, ownership | You, during partnership discussions |
| Internet activity | Pages viewed, referring URL, time on page, device and browser type | Automatically, via analytics |
| Approximate location | City or region inferred from IP address | Automatically |
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA — no government identifiers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, health data, or biometric data. Please do not send such information through the Site.
The calculators do not collect anything. The Job Pricing Calculator and the Go Alone / Stronger Together projection run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are never transmitted to us, stored, or logged.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and evaluate a potential partnership;
- To communicate with you about that discussion;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- To understand which content is useful, in aggregate; and
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: legitimate interests in operating our business and responding to inbound inquiries; consent for non-essential cookies; performance of a contract where discussions progress to an agreement; and legal obligation where retention or disclosure is required.
Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the CPRA. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Your Privacy Choices — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your California Privacy Rights. This section is for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and we extend the same choices to every visitor. Last updated September 30, 2026.
What we collect and from which tools. Identifiers and business contact information you type into a form (name, email, company, phone, revenue band, message); internet activity collected by Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, referring site) only after you accept analytics cookies; and the technical signals Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise uses to tell people from bots. No other tracking tools run on the Site.
Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If advertising measurement is ever enabled through Google Tag Manager, it runs only for visitors who have accepted, is switched off by Decline or by a Global Privacy Control signal, and is treated as "sharing" you can opt out of at any time using the choices below.
Your rights. You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of any sale or sharing, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any). We will never deny you service, charge a different price, or treat you differently for exercising these rights.
How to opt out.
- Choose Decline on the cookie notice, or reopen it any time with . Your choice is remembered on this device and applied on every return visit.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser or a browser extension. We treat that signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing and switch advertising signals off automatically, with nothing else to click.
- Email questions@americanservicepartners.com with the subject line "Privacy Request", or use the contact details in the Contact section. We may ask you to confirm details we already hold to verify the request, and will respond within 45 days (extendable once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary). An authorized agent may submit a request for you with written proof of authorization.
Retention
We keep inquiry and partnership-discussion records for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and audit obligations — typically no more than seven years from last contact. Aggregate analytics data is retained in non-identifying form. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold and how we use it;
- access a copy, or receive it in a portable format;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete information, subject to legal exceptions;
- opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither);
- limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it);
- withdraw consent where processing relies on it; and
- be free from retaliation for exercising any of these rights — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service.
Exercising your rights
Email questions@americanservicepartners.com with the subject line "Privacy Request", or write to us at the address below. We will verify your identity — by matching details against what we already hold — before acting, and will respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.
If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not handled your information properly, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential financial details by unencrypted email.
Payment security
The Site takes no payments. We never ask for, and no page on the Site accepts, card numbers, bank details or other payment credentials — there is nothing to buy here. If a partnership proceeds, any financial arrangements are documented separately, offline, under a signed agreement and never through this website.
Children
The Site is directed to business owners and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. If changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice on the Site.
